This year, Merchology had the privilege of sponsoring the Champions for Children Celebrity Golf Classic! The event was hosted to raise funds for the U of MN Foundation which supports Minnesota Health Fairview Masonic Children's Hospital. These organizations are near and dear to us at Merchology. The event was hosted by Kyle Rudolph, Jason Zucker, and Casey O'Brien, long-time supporters of the hospital and its amazing programs for children and families. It was an amazing day full of camaraderie, cheerful support, and of course, healthy competition! The classic featured a slew of local celebrity guests, including NFL stars, former Gophers athletes, Olympic athletes, Minnesota Wild players, and many more! We enjoyed spending the day chatting with everyone we met. We had the pleasure of welcoming Nate Triplett, former NFL player, and Gopher onto our team!
Since the first annual CFC Celebrity Golf Tournament fourteen years ago, the event has raised over a million dollars for the Masonic Children’s Hospital. This financial support has funded programs, activities, and spaces within the hospital for young patients to socialize, relax, have fun, and get their minds off tough circumstances. These spaces and programs also allow parents and families the opportunity to spend time having fun together.
Our team members sponsored the 18th hole, where Kelsey, Kristy, and Kelly ran a super fun photo booth! We snapped shots of our own highly skilled team members, local business leaders, and Twin Cities celebs! It was awesome to see our well-known community members joining the cause to support pediatric patients and their families, providing crucial funding for M Health Fairview.
Merchology gave away Titleist backpacks and golf balls, which are some of our favorite products by this beloved golf gear and corporate gifting brand. Needless to say, Titleist is always a hit.
