Sustainability

Since our inception, we’ve made strides to incorporate environmental responsibility in every facet of our business from our product offerings to our work in the community. That's why we've put together our Sustainability Collection to provide eco-friendly corporate apparel and promotional product selections from ethical brands!

We're proud to work with brand partners that provide eco-friendly merch by offering custom sustainable clothing and other merch products from sustainable brands. n 2025, Merchology received a sustainability rating through the third-party platform EcoVadis. After a thorough review of our performance in environmental and social governance, Merchology earned a "Committed" badge! Check out our PR Newswire announcement to learn more.

Merchology is committed to operating responsibly and sustainably, and our participation in the EcoVadis sustainability assessment shows just that. EcoVadis is the globally recognized platform that evaluates how companies manage environmental, social, and ethical practices across four key areas: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.

Many companies now rely on EcoVadis to verify ethical and responsible business practices. Participating in the assessment helps us maintain partnerships, remain competitive in our industry, and support continuous improvement across our operations and supply chain.

The founders of Merchology launched Zusa in 2019 to provide a ethical and sustainable corporate gifting line. Zusa is more than a sustainable fashion brand, it is ethically made clothing and accessories specially designed for adding your logo. Our goal is to help your business take the next step toward sustainability!

Zusa is a certified Carbon-Neutral brand! This means that every step in the Zusa manufacturing and shipping process is completed in the most eco-friendly manner, and the purchase of carbon credits also contributes to reducing the brand's carbon footprint by offsetting any CO2 emissions through carbon reducing initiatives. As of 2024, Zusa is also a certified B Corp! B Corp certification is based on a company's impact score, which takes a look at the business's ethical practices as a whole. While sustainable fashion is important, it’s even more crucial to ensure that people are treated fairly and ethically. We avoid doing business with fast fashion clothing brands or companies that exploit labor in developing countries at all costs. That means no dangerous working conditions, no forced labor, no sweatshops, no child labor, and no unfair wages. Merchology's facilities are 100% OSHA-compliant workplaces.

In addition to our internal efforts, we also partner with some amazing Fair Trade Certified™ clothing manufacturers like Patagonia and Allmade. We are proud to partner with brands that share our belief that all workers have the right to fair and safe workplace conditions.
